VISTA Winter 2014

In this VISTA, several important conservation and community initiatives led by the Steep Rock Association are highlighted, including a unique partnership that combined affordable housing with land preservation along the Shepaug River. The issue also features updates on protecting the Nettleton Hollow area, trail and infrastructure improvements, nature education programs, organizational planning efforts, and ongoing stewardship projects that enhance public access and safeguard the region’s natural resources.
